Brand new bath house with plenty of hot water and very clean. Can access Cape Cod biking trail form the campground. Store on site for RV supplies and a few groceries. Easy pull through sites, they were all pull through with generous space. We would stay here again.

Perfect as a base for outdoor activities in the White Mtns. Sites are all in sunny locations, (in Sept. that is perfect) level and easy to get in and out of. RV Park sits behind rental cabins. The views are phenomenal. The Park is surrounded by mountains. There is a large pool, game room and laundry with a clothes line! Lots of info for enjoying the surrounding mountains is available. Owners on site, friendly and helpful. Make note there are no bathrooms or showers and grocery shopping is best done prior to arrival.

Rustic and off the beaten path describes this Park. In the fall of the year, the shaded sites seemed really dark. It is possible for big rigs to navigate the Park, but it must be done carefully. The dump is at the back of the Park and not on the way out. There is a comfy gathering room: complete with couches, TV, books, wood stove and gameroom. The laundry is adequate. A short walk takes you to a charming little pond (boats, kayaks, swimming etc.) with loons in residence. There is no internet access. Friendly owners are on site. The bathrooms and showers need a bit more cleaning.

A nice place! It's small, quiet and clean. Our site was a bit of an uphill back-in and shaded. I'd avoid the pine trees and pitch next time. Couldn't get internet access in the RV. Sometimes it connected outside on the picnic table or I had to go closer to the source. Showers are on a timer, but it's no inconvenience to extend the time. Owners on site: friendly, and helpful. It's Vermont: they recycle! Bennington is a fun little town and the Berkshires in the opposite direction are easily accessible. We loved the bike trail in Adams, MA!

Very nice park, quiet, neat, well maintained, small sparkling clean pool, clean bathrooms and showers every day. Sites are large enough to accommodate an RV and a vehicle and are adequately level. We enjoyed local musicians on two occasions. We stayed for 3 weeks and would certainly stay again.

Campground is oddly configured...as if sites were located at random on different pieces of property. Our site was up a hill and out of sight of the main campground on a gravel parking lot because those sites have full hookups. In the main campground, there is a ditch with standing water. I couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work even after seeking assistance. The bathrooms and showers were clean. Folks in the office were pleasant. It is fine for a night or two.

Nice park, peaceful, tranquil scenery, quite large. Lots of "permanent" occupants result in a quiet park during the week. Unfortunately, there are not too many sites for large RVs available for short-term use that have full hook-ups. Owners are on site and very friendly. Internet access is available only if you pay for the broadband service...annoying. We had 30 amp connection. A/C is extra charge/day.

The Park is large and has every amenity you can imagine, and then some. Our site was in a new addition slightly removed from the congestion and chaos of the main campground...which was fine with us. However, the new section does need bathrooms and showers. If you are looking to be entertained and spend some money, this is the place for you! My only complaint is lack of internet access at the site.

Nice new facility! Everything is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and accommodating and focused on customer satisfaction. Great central location to access lots of different hiking/biking/outdoor activities. Easy access to big-rig-friendly roads. We stayed for a month and were quite comfortable.

The Park has a great feel! It is neat and clean and well maintained. The owners are working onsite and/or nearby most of the time. They are friendly, professional and accommodating. Pride of ownership is evident. There is plenty of room for walking and biking. It is a great central location for access to incredible outdoor recreation in the surrounding mountains. There are lots of family-friendly activities right on the property i.e., pool, mini golf, playground, basketball, paddle boats etc. It seems a great place for a perfect camping experience! We stayed for a month and were treated to azaleas, rhododendrons and tulips trees in bloom!

We spent our first month of being full-timers at the Park. The owners are working onsite all the time it seems. There is no doubt they really enjoy themselves and the park, and they serve up a delicious fish fry! It is a friendly place to be new to Rving. It is clean and tidy, easily accessed, quiet and well monitored. There is a nice mix of long-term and just-passing-thru occupants. Hands down, it is the nicest park in that part of Pensacola and only a short ride to the beautiful beaches.
